Terms of Use

These terms govern DinkFair’s website and iPhone app. By using DinkFair, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Organizer tool, not an official

DinkFair proposes pickleball rotations and explains the inputs it considered. The organizer remains responsible for player safety, court suitability, accessibility, disputes, eligibility, rules, and whether to accept or modify any round.

No perfect-schedule guarantee

Roster size, court capacity, history and late player changes can make some fairness goals impossible. DinkFair minimizes soft costs but does not guarantee unique partners or opponents, equal rest time, competitive balance, or uninterrupted operation.

Purchase

One complete session is free. DinkFair Pro is a non-consumable lifetime in-app purchase with no trial or recurring subscription. The App Store shows the localized price before confirmation. Apple handles billing, refunds, family sharing availability, and account-level purchase restoration under its terms.

Your content and exports

You retain responsibility for names, scores, labels and notes you enter. Do not enter information you lack permission to use. Exports may be shared outside DinkFair at your direction; check them before distribution.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited, submit unlawful content, or represent generated assignments as endorsed by Openverse Technology.

Availability and changes

DinkFair is an experiment and may be changed, paused, or discontinued. Local exports are your responsibility. We may update these terms by posting a new effective date.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, DinkFair is provided “as is” without warranties. Openverse Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, play time, revenue, or goodwill. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
